If I were to recommend only one book it would be

'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle

We spend so much time with our thoughts in the past or the future,

which can be useful and pleasurable although often it creates worry or stress.

 

We spend so little time with our awareness in the present moment,

which is the only time that anything can happen – including happiness.

This book helps you be more present, more often, which leads to a healthier mind & body.
